The Managing Partner, Paul worked in Corporate America for the last five years and needed a change after the company turned out be not who he thought he was working for. He thought he was working for a company with solid core values that was family orientated and employee friendly but when push came to shove he found out rather quickly that the company was only there for the almighty dollar and could have cared less about their employees. This brings up a very important value of The Three D's Coffee & Tea Company: "Treat your employees like family because when they are successful, you are successful."
 
Paul has always wanted to have his own upscale bistro or coffee shop it has been a dream of his for many years. While working in corporate America Paul was in upper management and when it came to finding a job again he found it hard working for someone again. It was kind of hard just following orders and procedures when he was the one ordering and making those procedures. So he sat down and ran the numbers, researched, and looked at every angle. Now here we are only a few short months later The Three D's Coffee & Tea Company was born! The best way to describe the place is classy yet comfortable.

 Paul has always loved coffee and teas and have been to hundreds of coffee shops across the US. What you will find at The Three D's Coffee & Tea Company is a nice eclectic mix of what he have seen, experienced and loved. Comfortable seating, earthy colors, great freshly baked pastries and made to order drinks... Stop in with your laptop and kick back in the super comfy couch and surf the web while enjoying your favorite drink.
